Bloody Sweet is originally a webtoon series that was officially published in paperback format by C&C Revolution Inc. (씨엔씨레볼루션). The series was published digitally in English as Bloody Sweet by Tappytoon. The volumes were published in English by Yen Press from June 20, 2023 to October 22, 2024. On October 26, 2017, the company began a Kickstarter campaign for a graphic novel release of the series; it was successfully funded on November 4, 2017. On October 22, 2018, a second Kickstarter campaign for volume two of the graphic novel was created and successfully funded on October 31, 2018.
