Next to Miyu Suzuki, a trendy and bubbly high school girl, sits Yuusuke Tani, a quiet and frank boy. Their interactions are brief, limited to Suzuki's unprompted random questions and Tani's succinct answers. Yet, beneath these simple exchanges, feelings of love are quietly blossoming.

Seihantai na Kimi to Boku ranked ninth in the 2023 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! for the Male Readers division. The manga was nominated for the 16th and 17th Manga Taisho Awards, placing third and seventh in the final rankings, respectively. The series was published digitally in English as You and I Are Polar Opposites through MANGA Plus. The volumes have been published by VIZ Media under the Shonen Jump imprint since May 7, 2024.
