Arcana Fantasy was a winner of the 4th Lezhin Comics World Comic Contest, and the prologue was released as a one-shot on March 21, 2019. Official serialization began on June 9, 2019. The prologue and first chapter were published digitally in English by Lezhin Entertainment on March 21, 2019, and official serialization began on Lezhin X on October 16, 2021.
