Rom-comixxx! began as a web comic released on the artist's Twitter and pixiv accounts from January 25, 2020 to April 13, 2020. Official serialization started in Lezhin Comics Webtoon on December 3, 2020. The series was published digitally in English by Lezhin Entertainment from February 15, 2021 to September 24, 2021.
