Synopsis
12 years have passed since the second Neo Zeon War, and the memories of it still haunt Hathaway Noa. Inspired by both sides of the war, and his memories of Quess Payara, Hathaway joins the anti Earth Federation terrorist group known as Mafty and adopts the alias "Mafty Navue Erin". Following this, he hatches a plan to assault a cabinet meeting of Earth Federation officials, hoping to help end their corruption himself.
