Oshiete! Galko-chan was published in English as Please Tell Me! Galko-chan by Seven Seas Entertainment from November 22, 2016, to February 12, 2019. Serialization was halted and the series was removed from ComicWalker on December 20, 2021, following the arrest of author Kenya Suzuki. In a statement made on the author's Twitter account after being sentenced to over a year in prison, the series's future was described as "uncertain."
